Shipping
Shipping options include United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are calculated based on ship-to address, total weight, and selected method of shipping. Delivery failure due to incorrect address listed or undeliverable address will not be issued credit for shipping charges. Additional shipping fees will be charged to reship a package.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt. Shipping time is determined by shipping method and ship-to address. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Shipping Discrepancies
It is your responsibility to confirm the proper receipt of all items as indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within 5 days prevents us from effectively troubleshoot the issue. Variances reported after 5 days will not be issued any credit regardless of circumstances.
Pricing
Prices are listed on the website, and are subject to change without notice. Cable Leader reserves the right to correct any typographical/pricing errors at anytime.
Payment is due prior to shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.
Sales Tax (Within CA State Only):
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping to destinations within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipped to California will be charged sales tax per the appropriate tax rate. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form via fax to (909) 206-1565 or email it to [email protected]

CableLeader.com accepts the following payment methods:

Return
For Refund: All returns must be authorized by Cable Leader within 30 days after you receive the order. There is no restocking fee applied to any return item(s). However, shipping and handling cost is not refundable. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original receipt and RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA number must be issued prior to shipment of any item to Cable Leader. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Unauthorized items returned to Cable Leader not originally requested will be returned or refused at sender’s expense.
Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which time Cable Leader must receive the returned item(s). Once issued, RMA numbers will not be extended, reissued, or modified. When requesting an RMA number, please be as detailed as possible and include the reason you are returning the item. Using this RMA number we will be able to track your request and credit your charge card appropriately. Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to print the RMA label and affix it to the package before sending it to us.
For Replacement: After 30 days, Cable Leader will only replace items deemed defective during the product's warranty period. An item returned cannot be exchanged for a different item. Cable Leader will pay the cost of returning any defective merchandise during its warranty period. Cable Leader will also pay the cost of shipping the replaced items back to the customer.
Please note: Discontinued items are not eligible for replacement.
Warranty
ALL our cables and adapters carry lifetime warranties. Most of our electronic products carry a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated in the product's description. However, certain products offered by CableLeader.com are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website.
Limitation Of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CABLELEADER, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "CABLE LEADER") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT CABLELEADER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT CABLE LEADER'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY CABLELEADER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION'S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Disclaimer
At Cable Leader we do our best to ensure all data is accurate and up to date on our website. However, if an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Cable Leader shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card,Cable Leader shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price. We reserve the right to make changes to the material on this website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice.
