How do I find a product by search? 

Type the product number or key word of product in the Search Box, which is located on top of the page.


Can I place an order over the phone, fax or via email?

No, Cable Leader currently does not accept email or phone orders, please place order through our secured online shopping system.

 

Is the information I submit absolutely secure?

Yes, security is a top priority at CableLeader.com. Our site has obtained an EV SSL certificate from DigiCert®. Please see our privacy statement for additional information.

 

How can I track my order? 

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number for your order if provided by the mail courier. You can also log in to your account on our website, and view your order information.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer support representative by phone or email as soon as you decide to cancel your order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after submitted; it may not be possible to cancel an existing order even within one hour window. Why was my order cancelled?

If we returned your money and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you ordered are out of stock. In case PayPal account name and address do not match your order's shipping address, our customer service representative will try to contact you to confirm mismatched information. If we are unable to obtain required information, we will refund your money.

What type of payment does Cable Leader accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Net Term are available to qualifying organizations only.

 

What will happen if my credit card is declined?

Your order will not go through. Please use another payment method to place order again.

 

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping to destinations within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate tax rate. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form via fax to (909) 206-1565 or email it to customerservice@cableleader.com.

What are available shipping options?

Shipping methods include United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Please see shipping info for additional information.

 

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipping from California, USA unless specified otherwise.


Return and Refund

 

Does Cable Leader allow orders to be returned?

Yes, all returns must be authorized by Cable Leader within 30 days after you receive the order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

 

Is there a restocking fee for my return?

No, our No Restocking Fee Return Policy ensures that you can return a product for any reason (we do ask that the product is returned in its original condition).


Who pays for the returned shipping costs?

Cable Leader will pay for the cost of returning the defective merchandise back to Cable Leader. Please note that we only pay for the defective ones. Cable Leader will also pay for the cost of shipping the replaced items back to the customer.

 

What about the shipping cost I paid for the order?

Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund the shipping and handling fees.
