The CableLeader FB118-91XX is an OS2 simplex hybrid patch cable that keeps one connector format and changes only the polish: a blue LC/UPC connector on one end, a green LC/APC connector on the other, on one Corning single mode fiber in a single 2.0 mm jacket. It is the direct bridge between flat-polished data equipment and angle-polished APC plant in all-LC installations, offered in a compact 1 m through 3 m family sized for in-rack and cross-panel patching.

 

Orientation is fixed by the polish. The blue LC/UPC end plugs into blue UPC ports — SFP transceivers, switches, media converters, and UPC patch panels — at the 55 dB minimum return loss standard for data links.
