Our 24AWG Cat5e shielded direct burial outdoor cable is the perfect fit for any outdoor cable runs in which networking cable is exposed to direct sunlight, or needs to be buried under ground. This Cat5e shielded direct burial outdoor cable is UV resistant, specially designed for direct burial application. The individual conductors are 24 AWG solid annealed bare copper with a high density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation and a low density polyethylene (LDPE) jacket, which consists of a UV resistance compound to protect the cable from disintegrating in sunlight. This cable also includes Al foil shielding and drain wire, which helps eliminate electrical interferences that could impede your signal. Our premium Cat5e direct burial outdoor cable meets or exceeds TIA 568-C.2 standard.
